How to control the PCOD problem?

Uddiyana Bandha Mudra — PCOD

Udiyaana means Stomach Pulling the stomach up Hoping that this will be practised. How much severe it may be, this Mudra easily helps to get rid of PCOD Issue. It is called Udiyaana Bandha Mudra.

Steps to do Udiyaana Bandha Mudra:
Sit comfortably anywhere on the ground or in a chair. While sitting on Sofa, the spine must be straight knees must be slightly sloped down when compared to the thighs Slope between legs and knees must be in this shape.
Sit on a height with knees sloped down. After exhaling, first practice pulling the stomach inside with pressure and holding it. Both hands must be rested on the knees. Slowly release the stomach and then inhale.

Again after exhaling, hold it and pull the stomach inside with pressure. Release the stomach very slowly and not suddenly. Only after releasing, inhaling must be done. Else, it is not possible to inhale.

PCOS DIET PLAN AND EXERCISE FOR PCOS

This must be practiced many times a day It is good to practice in the morning it can be practiced in the afternoon or evening also But, practice must be done at least 30 to 40 times.

If you cannot do it for so long, start 5 times, take a break, and practice 5 times again. Repeating the procedure again, After exhaling, pull the stomach inside with pressure and hold it for some time. Release it very slowly but not suddenly. Once released fully, inhale then exhale and repeat by pulling the stomach. This should be practiced for a few days say, 10 to 15 days for good results.

Here, it is very important to practice shrinking the stomach. When measured with tape, we can check how much we are able to shrink. While wearing a trouser we often pull the stomach to button them. That will give us the correct fitting. When measured with the stomach pulled inside, it must be 3 Inches lesser when compared to normally measured. It must be 3 Inches less. Initially, it will reduce only from 0.25 Inches to 0.5 inches It comes with regular practice. Once that practice gets perfect, instead of pulling the stomach, the lower abdomen must be pulled inside. This is naval posture, above it is the stomach, and below it is the lower abdomen. When the hand is placed gently, observe the movement. Only the lower abdomen moves inside and the Stomach remains without moving.

Must be practiced before eating only. Morning and evening are best Afternoon practice must be done before eating. Never practice it after eating.
